Post-Processing Cancellation

➧ Shipped Orders: Orders already shipped cannot be canceled. You may return the item per our Return Policy.

➧ Custom Orders: Custom items cannot be canceled once in production.

Refunds

➧ Processing Time: Refunds processed within 7-14 business days to the original payment method.

➧ Payment Method: Refunds issued to the original payment method.

➧ Non-Cancellable Items: Clearance items, gift cards, and custom products are non-cancellable and non-refundable.
